Who are you?

 We are a family run business that has been trading for 13 years. 

How good is your service?

    At JHphotoservices laboratory we pride ourselves on delivering the utmost quality. We believe that your  photos are precious and when we process them we check each one individually and adjust for    light/contrast/colour etc where necessary. 

Is payment secure?

   Yes. Payments are taken through Paypal secure payment gateway. ( you do not have to have a paypal 

   account and you can pay with all major credit cards, securely 

Would I need to open an Paypal account to purchase Items?

   No. You Can use all major credit and switch cards separately.

 How long will my order take?

 Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will usually be sent next working day. Please note however  this is a guide only and cannot be guaranteed. All orders are sent by Royal Mail or Parcel post.

What paper is used for prints? 

  We use Kodak  Paper. This is a recognised leading brand within the industry.

Returns policy

We do accept, sometimes things do get damaged in transit, so we do have a 7 day returns policy. You will  need to 

contact us before you send an item back. 

All items sent back to us must be in its original packaging.

In some cases there might be a restocking and postage fee.
